  Cost of pre-purchase survey

  As a guide, cost in pound sterling = Length [in feet] x Beam [in feet] x 1.5    

  Oil sampling and analysis

  Sample on one engine only £80.  Two engines (same vessel) £120.

  Mileage

  Mileage is generally charged at 45p per mile outside of 25 miles of Helston. No charge for the   marinas and boatyards of Falmouth, Truro and Penzance.

  Consultancy

  Charged at £45 per hour plus expenses.

  Supervision/Inspection of repair work

  Charged at £45 per hour plus expenses.

  Damage survey

  Valuation

  Included as part of an Insurance survey or charged at £10/ft (LOA).
